Prices:
Price per day (2 Persons): 40,00 Euro
Each additional person per day: 10,00 Euro
Children under 3 years are free, children from 4 up to 12 years: 7,50 Euro
Heating costs surcharge from first November to March 31st: 10€/day
For extended stay longer than 1 month: Price on request
If your visit is shorter than 9 day / 8 nights we require 25 Euro for final cleaning
If your visit is longer than 9 day / 8 nights the final cleaning is included
By a stay of 10 days or longer there is a 5% reduction in rental
Booking before March 31st for the upcoming seasons there is a rebate of
5% on the daily double occupancy price (first 2 people) – A 25% deposit is
dsrequested until 2 month before arrival
All reductions are combinable
Bed linen, towels, water, heating and energy costs are included
A crib and high chair are available on request from us free
Pets (on request) 5 Euro / per animal per day. Final cleaning obligate.
Our suite is a non smoking area !

Special Offers
If your stay is longer than 7 days you will find on arrival a bottle of wine from the
area gratis in the apartment. We will gladly provide your preference. Please tell
us which kind of wine we should reserve for you (white, red or rosé / dry, medium or sweet)
If your stay is longer than 14 days we provide free enterance tickets into the Castle
Sooneck by Niederheimbach.
